These terms apply to vendors and to use of the marketplace. By listing or selling here, you agree to them.
Article 1: Payment terms
- Lynbis schedules vendor payouts for orders that have been successfully delivered, according to the payout cycle communicated in your vendor dashboard or notices.
- Settlement timing may vary by payment method and bank processing; allow a reasonable number of business days after delivery confirmation.
Article 2: Damage and refunds
- Where Lynbis is responsible for loss or damage under our policies, compensation (if any) will follow the rules and proofs we publish and may be partial as described at the time of the incident.
- Vendors should report problems with clear evidence within the timeframe stated in seller guidance.
Article 3: Delivery and returns
- Vendors are responsible for complying with pickup or return workflows we define for failed delivery or accepted returns.
- Items must be packaged and labelled safely so carriers and customers know what they’re receiving.
Article 4: Shipping and fulfilment
- Orders should ship within the handling time you advertise. Repeated unexplained delays may lead to cancellations or restrictions.
- Shipments should leave from the hubs or flows we authorise where that applies to your account.
Article 5: Prohibited items
- Fraudulent, illegal, or counterfeit goods are not allowed.
- We may remove listings or suspend accounts where products breach these rules or intellectual property laws.
Article 6: Changes
- Lynbis may update these terms.
- Vendors may be notified by email or in-app notice when material.
Article 7: Disputes
- Disputes are handled as described in our dispute or arbitration policy, governed by applicable law where Lynbis operates.
